What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented tea drink that is made by fermenting sweet tea with a SCOBY - a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (aka: the mother). As with nearly all fermented products, kombucha is high in probiotics (good bacteria) that help aid in digestion and gut health. This makes for a happy body and belly and can have numerous health benefits.
